Job Title: Test Manager with Automation Experience
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the test process and lead a team of test engineers in a hands‑on capacity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for multiple applications, including those with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI).
- Actively participate in the technology development and operations pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of testing procedures.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize test objectives, strategies, and plans.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor, analyse, and report test results, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
