We are seeking a high‑energy Technical Team Lead to take charge of an existing, mid‑stage test‑system development effort and lead a focused team of 3-4 engineers through the remaining design, integration, prototyping, EMI qualification, and verification phases. Requirements are not fully defined; the lead will drive the implementation of RF, software (LabVIEW-based) and hardware architectures, manage rapid hardware‑software prototyping, and ensure rigorous verification against system‑level test specifications.
