Job Description
We are looking for a hands‑on Test Technician to lead printer life cycle and endurance testing. You will be responsible for the continuous operation, monitoring, and ensure peak reliability and performance.
Role Responsibilities- Execute printer life cycle and endurance tests
- Set up printers, consumables (ink/toner, paper), and test fixtures
- Operate printers continuously to simulate real‑world usage conditions
- Monitor printer performance, print quality, error codes, jams, noises, and abnormal behavior
- Record test data, page counts, failure modes, and downtime accurately in logs or systems
- Replace consumables and perform basic maintenance (paper reload, ink/toner replacement)
- Perform first‑level troubleshooting and recovery
- Escalate unresolved failures to Test Engineers with proper documentation
