As a Store Manager at The Shoe Co., you will report to the District Manager and lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assumes leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
- Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity.
