Residential Support Worker – Newark, Nottinghamshire
We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a trusted charity that supports vulnerable young people through home‑based care. The role involves working with children and young people aged 5–18 who have experienced severe childhood trauma linked to exploitation, neglect, domestic violence, and abuse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide one‑to‑one support to help young people understand and process their trauma.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain rigorous safety and record‑keeping procedures during all hours of service.
