On-site outpatient rehab program where we provide therapy, in the community, only to the residents who live there. It is not your typically outpatient, not skilled nursing, nor home health. It is an awesome program. The therapist will usually only work with 5-8 residents a day with one-on-one care, not group or multiple treatments.
