Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Virginia
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in hospice care
Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $2,140 - $2,326 per week
- 16-week contract with possibility of extension
- Hospice Care
