Job Summary:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (nights) provides respiratory care for patients across the continuum, ensuring safe, effective treatment and continuous monitoring of clinical status. This role emphasizes emergency readiness and adherence to evidence-based respiratory therapy practices.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory status and interpret clinical findings to guide therapy plans
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders and unit protocols
• Perform and monitor ventilator and oxygenation support, escalating changes in condition promptly
• Implement airway management and emergency interventions as required by clinical acuity
• Support neonatal and pediatric respiratory needs using standardized techniques and documentation
• Maintain accurate, timely charting of treatments, assessments, and patient response
