Physical Therapist
Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment. Progresses patient treatment as appropriate. Carries a patient load that reflects productivity standards. Evaluates patients accurately. Plans appropriate treatment. Sets and meets functional goals. Revises and progresses treatment program as goals are met. Provides instruction to patients and/or family members, as well as other healthcare providers. Maintains appropriate treatment records. Completes accurate daily patient charges. Completes patient records in a timely manner. Reflects accurately in patient charges the time spent, procedures performed, and equipment used. Maintains technical expertise through attendance and participation in continuing education activities. Attends 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings.
