Skills Required: Documentation: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals.
Skills Preferred: Work Settings: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Documentation: Time Management. Equipment and Devices: Bed alarms, Call lights, Crutches, Gait belt, Hospital bed, Hoyer lift, Lower extremity prosthetics, Rolling Walker, Shoulder slings, Sit to stand lift, Sliding boards, Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen, Traction table, Upper extremity prosthetics. Assessment: Body Mechanics, Pain assessment, Strength testing, Vital Signs. Specialty/Patient Population: Geriatrics, Orthopedics.

Years of experience REQ: 1 Year. 2 Years is strongly preferred. Previous Charge Experience Preferred.
