- Schedule: 5x8 Days (Mon–Fri), Alternating start times
- Certifications Required: MD PT License, BLS
- Certifications Preferred: CertDN
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Physical Therapy, Outpatient Clinic Experience, Orthopedic Experience, Charge Experience
- Travel Experience: At least 1 completed travel assignment or 1 month of a per diem assignment
