Job Summary
You will support daily operations in a physiotherapy clinic by maintaining a clean environment, assisting patients safely with mobility and exercises, managing phone inquiries, and handling appointment bookings and payments.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the physiotherapy clinic to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Assist patients to get on and off treatment beds safely, reducing risk of injury
- Support patients with simple exercises as directed to aid their therapy progress
- Respond promptly and clearly to patient queries in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings and process payments accurately to support clinic operations
