The Opportunity
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Third Class Operating Engineer is responsible for the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical utilities and building systems supporting a large-scale GMP certified hybrid greenhouse. This includes boiler and heating systems, refrigeration/chilled water, HVAC/dehumidification, and automated control systems. Working within a regulated production environment, this role ensures equipment performance, compliance, and rapid response to alarms and operational upsets.

- Operate and monitor central plant and building systems including boilers/steam or hydronic heating, refrigeration/chilled water, HVAC, air handling, and dehumidification systems.
