Job Description
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced retail leader to join Macpac Bayfair as a part-time 3IC (Third in Charge). In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a motivated team. You’ll bring proven ability to manage and inspire teams, though we’re also open to candidates with leadership experience in hospitality. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a genuine passion for outdoor gear and sustainability will set you apart.
