Position Summary
We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.
A day in the life
- Debrief the team on key objectives and deliverables
- Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to successfully hit metrics
- Ensure effective communication with team and store management
- Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
