Team/Role Overview The Operational Risk Management (ORM) - Enterprise Resilience & Chief Operating Office (ORM-ER & COO) Oversight team is a Second Line of Defense function. It provides independent risk leadership and oversight for First Line of Defense functions, including Enterprise Resilience, Procurement & Third-Party Management, Chief Operating Office (COO), and Enterprise Services & Public Affairs (ESPA). As a key member of the Third Party Program (TPP) team within this organization, this Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role helps build and manage the company's Third Party Risk oversight activities, with a focus on the Inter-affiliate and Business-Managed Controls Frameworks. Individuals in Operational Risk establish and manage operational risk policies, propose strategies, and governance processes designed to minimize losses from inadequate controls, fraud, and potential bankruptcy.
