Receive and handle quotation requests from clients; consult on relevant testing parameters based on customer requirements.Coordinate sample collection schedules with clients and internal teams to ensure timely sampling.Input and update sample-related information in internal CRM systems and/or client platforms as required.Receive, respond to, and support the resolution of customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer service experience.Qualifications
