Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
- Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Record all interactions and maintain updated documentation
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Schedule & Training
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
Requirements
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
