Experience 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and related technologies in a senior or specialist capacity. Role PurposeTo serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) in End User Computing and Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on Intune and the full M365 suite. This role provides technical leadership, handles complex escalations, supports junior staff development, and leads the design, implementation, and management of modern Digital Workplace solutions.
