Client Development Manager – ION Flagship
As the Client Development Manager for the Flagship, your missions are two-fold:
- Craft the client development strategy.
- Serve as the client experience bridge between the store levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Development, Retail Programs, and High Jewelry in ION.
- In-charge of the in-store Clienteling Tools and Data.
- Client Experience, Events, and Activations.
- Develop and evolve the client contact strategy with personalized outreach appointments and client planning within the Flagship experience.
- Partner with external partners and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards.
- Grow client loyalty and sales by creating integrated experiences.
