The Compliance Officer (TiFo SME) serves as the subject matter expert and needs to work within the Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that candidates are fully compliant, cleared, and ready for placement in a timely and efficient manner.
The position requires advanced expertise in TiFo, with responsibility for managing end-to-end compliance processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting the wider team through system knowledge, process improvements, and best practice guidance.
