Job Description
About the Role: We're looking for a results-driven Tik Tok Manager to build and scale our ecommerce presence on Tik Tok. You'll manage the entire platform lifecycle — from shop setup and seller compliance, to campaign strategy, creator partnerships, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tik Tok Shop and Social Commerce Growth
- Own end-to-end Tik Tok Shop strategy and execution
- Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth, order volume, and conversion rates
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and creator collaborations
- Identify high-performing Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and scale through creator-led campaigns
2. Creator and Influencer Ecosystem Management
- Build and scale a strong network of creators, affiliates, and influencers
- Drive creator onboarding, retention, and performance tracking
