About The teamThis role ensures that vendors consistently deliver the required capacity and service quality to linehaul operations. By driving vendor fulfillment and compliance, this position protects the network from service risks, SLA breaches, and cost inefficiencies. It also strengthens vendor governance, enabling scalable and accountable growth across the logistics network. - Design and implement a standardized national vendor governance framework across all regions. - Define, standardize, and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance benchmarking.
