About the Team
As an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work‑streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e‑commerce experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end incubation operations for high‑potential partners, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform.
- Own the strategy and execution to increase the number of active sales partners and drive high‑quality partner growth for TikTok Commerce, including developing lifecycle incubation plans and optimising growth levers through various proof‑of‑concept (POC) initiatives.
