Responsibilities Apply correct combinations and proportions of cement, sand, and other materials to achieve proper screeding for construction surfaces Perform wall tiling and floor tiling accurately to meet quality and design specifications Execute specialized hacking and cutting of tiles to prepare surfaces or fit tiles precisely Supervise team members during tiling and screeding tasks to ensure work quality and safety standards Adapt to shift work schedules and maintain productivity and coordination across shifts
