Description
Performs fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of metal works, and other structures within the facility.
Specific Duties
- Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
- Support for construction and renovation projects.
- Fabricate, install and repair sheet metal components such as roofing panels, flashing, gutters, ai ducts and drainpipes.
- Measure, cut, bend and shape metal sheets using hand and power tools.
- Repair and seal leaks in roofing and gutter systems.
- Conduct welding, riveting or soldering on metal joints and seams.
- Inspect metal surfaces and structures for rust, corrosion, or structural damage, and perform appropriate corrective actions.
- Not only having tinsmith skills, but also can perform plumbing or carpentry works.
