About The Role
An opportunity has arisen at our Kawerau Site for three Tissue Manufacturing Cadets. This role is to develop a pool of future operators to reduce overtime for leave cover, succession planning for operational roles, provide an entry point to the Tissue making industry and to enhance papermaking skills to ensure business continuity.
What You Will Do
- Learn the fundamentals of papermaking through structured self‑study modules, supported by experienced papermakers.
