Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Florida Real Estate Broker/Title Company for their Bradenton, FL location.



The Real Estate Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties.



Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage title files from the Sales Contract stage through processing and final closing.

  • Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures (CD) / HUD settlement statements and all required closing documents.

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and internal teams to collect required documents and resolve title issues.

  • Review title commitments, clear liens and judgments, and ensure compliance with lender closing instructions.
