Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of staff assigned under the Assistant Manager, including training, instruction, task assignment, work review, performance evaluation, and administration of progressive discipline as needed.
- Build and maintain respectful, positive working relationships with clients, staff, managers, and other members of the firm; provide conflict resolution when necessary.
- Provide support in practice development and marketing activities.
- Support the HR team in conducting interviews.
- Handle quote approval, identify month‑end journal entries (software deferrals, revenue adjustments, etc.), prepare supporting documentation, and communicate with the accounting department for booking; conduct revenue simulations based on various assumptions; analyze the impact of key policies; support sales in deal structuring; review contractual clauses.
