Job Description
An established IP practice is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their friendly team on an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity thereafter. This role is well suited to someone with a background in patent formalities, administration, or patent legal support who is seeking a new challenge within a highly professional environment.
Supporting attorneys and the wider team, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of patent administration duties, including:
- Preparing and submitting patent filings to UK and overseas intellectual property offices
- Monitoring key dates and deadlines while maintaining accurate case and portfolio records
- Providing administrative support through correspondence handling, billing assistance, and diary coordination
