Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Tool & Die Supervisor in the Cookeville, TN area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise tooling personnel, assign work, and monitor progress
+ Lead troubleshooting, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for die issues
+ Manage tooling spare parts, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
+ Apply knowledge of materials, coatings, and heat treatment to improve die durability
+ Coordinate priorities with production and engineering teams
+ Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance tooling performance and shop organization
+ Enforce safety standards, mentor toolmakers, and develop team skills
+ Track tooling performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics
**Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s/Technical degree or higher preferred
+ 5+ years of metal stamping tooling experience
+ 2+ years leading teams...
