Shift 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday, 6am to 4pm Thursday. OT required as and when necessary
Salary £51,085.84 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
As a Tool Room servicing operator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Sharpening and manufacturing PCD tooling using Vollmer EDM machines
- Sharpening carbide circular saws using Vollmer Saw machines
- Cylindrical grinding and surface grinding both in house and purchased tooling
- Sharpen tooling using tool and cutter grinders
- Assembling components and interpreting technical working drawings accurately
- Recording production data with precision and maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Conducting detailed quality checks aligned with our quality control processes
