Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Description**Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and nternal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider-Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures)Tool maintenance management- Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations- Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI- Supports tool transfers- Carries out tool audits- Manage tools inventory & tools data collection- Manage tools capacity- Manage tools maintenance budget & roadmapMaterial productivity- Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis- Proposes & industrializes QVE ideasUser of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)- Knows & uses CMMS (Corim or Avantis VTM)- Manages tools database in CMMSExperiência y requisitos**Qualifications**Key Competences- C014:Digital Acumen- L08:Lead with Agility- FIC4:Manufacturi...
