Job Description
Key Performance Indicators
- To safely care for and maintain all Injection moulds
- Assist with tool trials / tool preparation in conjunction with planning department
- To ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required
- To ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines
- To flush and clean tooling after production
- To report defects and repairs by filling in control documents
- To report any deviations to management
- Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery 5S
Minimum Requirements
- N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum
- 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience
- Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry
- Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons
