**Toolmaker – Maple Grove, MN**
**Direct Hire | Salary Negotiable | 1st Shift**
PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a **highly skilled Toolmaker** to support precision manufacturing and plastic injection molding operations. This role requires advanced toolroom capability, tight‑tolerance machining, and hands‑on expertise across manual, CNC, and EDM processes.
This is not an entry‑level machining role — this is a true Toolmaker opportunity.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Perform precision machining on **manual mills, lathes, surface grinders** , and **CNC mills**
+ **Build, repair, and modify** molds, fixtures, and complex tooling
+ Perform detailed **bench work** including fitting, spotting, polishing, and alignment
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair **plastic injection molds**
