We are seeking a talented individual to join our Total Health Manager team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect
- Develop and support Total Health Management Consultant (THM) business in collaboration with Mercer's offices.
- Increase the visibility of organizational health services in Canada.
- Develop business opportunities and provide project support for the client and consultant.
- Complete key tasks and work, delegates/collaborates within the THM team as needed.
- Support accountability and fiscal responsibility for revenue/profitability for client accounts and projects.
