Job Description
As a Total Rewards Associate, you will be expected to manage various aspects of employee leave applications and maintain the associated systems. Your responsibilities will also include processing personal loan applications, preparing necessary documentation for hospitalizations, and handling payment requests for medical expenses. Additionally, you will address employee inquiries related to health insurance and other benefits, update clearance databases for resigned employees, and oversee the reimbursement processes for medical claims and health bonuses.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Processes leave applications and maintain the leaves system
- Processes SPP personal loan applications
- Prepares charge letter/Letter of Authority (LOA) for accredited hospitals
- Prepares payment request for hospital bills and professional fees, retainer clinic, and medical insurance premium
