OverviewDevelop and maintain competitive salary structures and pay practices. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness. Manage annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives. Provide guidance on job evaluations and grading. Design and oversee employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness). Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
TR Manager is responsible for Total Rewards agenda of the markets including Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hongkong, and Taiwan for both professional and frontline population as well as TR core processes, driving strategic initiatives by partnering with Region and Global TR team.
