WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Total Rewards Partner, you ensure that global compensation, benefits and mobility strategies are effectively implemented, locally relevant and support a fair, competitive and consistent employee experience. You act as a rewards expert for the Sales Market, securing alignment with global frameworks while addressing market-specific needs.
You will:
- Act as a rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and local operational relevance.
- Lead the execution of rewards programs at market level, covering compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas.
- Support implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the Sales Market.
- Oversee annual rewards processes, including salary review, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking.
