About this opportunity
As a Total Rewards Specialist LATAM, you will help to analyze, support, implement and maintain efficient administration of compensation and benefits programs . You will support Align Technology's HR and business areas, with consulting advice, analysis , program administration and maintain and extend relationships with market data providers. In addition to these activities, you will support Align´s expansion in the region providing guidance and implementing regional employee benefits and maintaining a close relationship with HR operations, finance , vendor and Brokers providing advice and administrating regional employee benefits . You will be a member of the regional Compensation and Benefits team and will report to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, LATAM.
