At ZFB Travel Sdn Bhd, we are expanding our inbound tourism team and looking for a passionate and motivated Tour Executive to manage and grow our inbound travel operations in Malaysia.

Job Scope
- Handle inbound tour enquiries from overseas agents and direct customers
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and tour packages
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, guides, meals, and attractions
- Communicate with suppliers and travel partners
- Monitor tour operations and ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Assist customers before, during, and after tours
- Work closely with the sales and operations team
- Support FIT and group tour arrangements
