Tourism Tutor (Maternity Cover)
Location: Wellington CBD
Schedule: Fixed‑Term, Full‑Time (until 18 December 2026)
As a Tourism Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent training to our akonga across the Tourism Certificate programme. You will facilitate learning using the existing curriculum and resources to provide a great student experience and help students achieve their qualification and progress in their career.
You do not necessarily need teaching experience; comprehensive learning support and teaching tools will be provided.
Qualifications
- Proven background in travel/tourism industry – ideally at least 4 years, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism (or related field) is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and fostering success.
