The ideal candidate will operate a light-duty wheel lift tow truck to safely tow vehicles, assist stranded motorists, and perform other roadside services. You will represent our company professionally while providing timely, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a wheel lift tow truck to tow vehicles as needed (accidents, breakdowns, impounds, etc.).
Respond to dispatch calls and navigate to service locations efficiently.
Secure vehicles for towing, ensuring no damage occurs in transit.
Complete necessary paperwork and digital documentation accurately (e.g., tow slips, condition reports).
Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring it's always stocked with necessary tools and equipment.
