Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install tower cranes on construction sites according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Dismantle tower cranes safely and efficiently upon project completion.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other construction personnel to coordinate crane operations.
- Ensure all lifting and rigging equipment is in good condition and used properly.
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site‑specific safety plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to crane assembly, operation, or dismantling.
