Tower Crane Operator (Luffing Jib / Saddle Jib)

Job Description: . Operate tower crane (luffing jib/saddle jib) safely and efficiently to hoist and move materials around at construction sites . Conduct daily pre-operation checks and ensure equipment is in good working condition . Follow approved lifting plans and site safety procedures at all times . Coordinate closely with lifting supervisors and signalmen to perform lifts accurately . Monitor crane performance and report any faults or safety issues immediately . Maintain proper records of crane operations and safety inspections . May be required to work overtime (OT), Sundays, and Public Holidays as part of the job scope
Requirements: . Valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) / Building and Construction Authority (BCA) . At least 2-3 years of experience operating luffing jib/saddle jib tower cranes . Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures . Physically fit and alert during operation .
