The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced Tractor Driver on behalf of Mansfield District Council. This role sits within the Parks & Open Spaces team and involves the maintenance of parks, cemeteries, open spaces, and highway verges across the district.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong horticultural knowledge and machinery experience.
Training dates: 11th and 12th of June.
Start date: 15th of June.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate large tractors and a wide range of tractor-mounted equipment
- Carry out grass cutting of large open areas using gang mowers and associated machinery
- Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, water, battery, cleanliness, and overall serviceability)
