Job Description
Main Activities- Properly qualify products under USMCA/T-MEC for inter-company and customer exports and run an annual solicitation campaign, aiming to 100% response rate.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is retained to support certifications of origin issuance and refound projects, adhering to Regal Rexnord's Record Keeping internal process.
- Carry out the determination of the origin of the products and have the supporting information for its determination--Stay informed about business projects and import-export operation changes to identify potential risks affecting the certification of origin process.
- Maintain an evergreen database of all imported and exported material numbers to include HTS classification, Country of Origin and USMCA qualification indicator to share with brokers and freight forwarders and for proper declaration to the authorities- Responsible to execute and submit the monthly reports and comply with the Submaquila obligations (register new vend...
