Job Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Policy Implementation and Execution
· Work closely with department management to implement the group's trade compliance requirements. Support the daily compliance review of transactions in research, sales, procurement, service, and investment scenarios.
· Provide trade compliance consultation on daily projects for various sales organizations in Lenovo China to ensure that business operations comply with export control and economic sanctions regulations.
2. Maintenance, Optimization, and Management of Compliance Screening Systems
· Maintain and update the compliance database. Collect specific issues encountered during daily operations and provide feedback to the Compliance Manager. Assist in improving the compliance screening system and relevant screening system operating guidance.
