Import executive is responsible for arranging inventories with adhere to company & country policies, to plan & implement all import transportation strategies according to supplier & customer demands & administer movement of all goods & ensure compliance to all government regulation.
- Responsible for imports of RM/FG/Inks/Parts/Machines with adhere to their classification & company policies /government regulation.
- Should be well verse with all Import policies.
- Should be aware of all concession agreements ( FTA//COO)
- Making sure that all these import programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization.
- Dealing with Day to Day Customs issues via advising through clearing agent.
- Scrutiny of Shipping Documents.
- Sending details of consignments to clearing Agents.
- Verification of custom duties & sending Pay order request to Finance.
