Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Trade Control Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, ON or Moncton, NB. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial and Legal, the Trade Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and executing compliance activities related to the import and export of controlled goods across international borders. In this role, the Trade Control Specialist will ensure that all shipments, transfers, and disclosures whether physical or digital are conducted in full compliance with applicable regulations, including the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other relevant international export control laws.
